Step 1: Draw 9*5 dots shown in a image.

Step 2: Draw 6 star corners 4*1 dots shown in the image

Step 3: Draw circle on the below mentioned dots

Step 4:Draw star sikku design  on the center dots

Step 5: Draw the below images one by one in the paper then you can draw it on the floor

Step 5: This is final rangoli design without flower decorations. 

Step 6: Draw a flowers on the rangoli design, it will give extra brightness to your sikku kolam /Rangoli Design. You can use any colors of your choice to fill with the designs.
