Step 1: Draw a Peacock body

 Step 2: Draw U-shape designs on surrounding of Peacock (Refer the below image)

 Step 3: Start to draw simple feather and extend the Peacock design

Step 4: Start to fill colour from the centre and draw U shape designs on the Peacock feather and body 

Step 5: Use dark colours to enhance the Rangoli. Draw simple flower design to continue from the Peacock body(Refer the below image)
