Step 1: Make dots as shown in image. ( 21-5, 13-4, 5-4 ) Here alternatively first line (Center) contain 21 dots and 5 lines, second line contain 13 dots and 4 lines, third line contain 5 dots and 4 lines. Draw four flowers at the four centers as shown in image
