Step 1:  Make dots 9 *1 parallel dots.9 dots 2 lines.(Refer below image)

Step 2 : Draw four across lines at the four side as shown in the image

Step 3 :Just follow the below images one by one in the paper then you can draw it on the floor

Step 4: This is final Rangoli design without borders & Colors.

Step 5: Start with your favourite colors to fill on the design & draw white line on side.
